Q8: How do you control the quality?
A: We have strict & effective QC system, we will do twice inspection per order to make sure quality, The first QC check will be taken when 50-60% of the production quantity is complete. The final inspection will be taken once products are 100% complete and 80% of the packaging is complete. QC report for every single shipment.
Q9:Do you also make customized design?
A: Yes. We have our own R&D dept, a professional team with rich experience in garden crafts design and manufacturing. We need to charge for the OEM new mold. For the customer design, we keep exclusivity for the customer.
